Returns, Refunds, and Missing Items
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within seven (7) days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must call 906.306.7577 or email us at email@example.com.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25 %) restocking fee for orders over $500.00.
When your order is delivered, open it immediately to verify the contents of your package. If you receive your order and find that it is missing any of the items you purchased, please contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered at 906.306.7577 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Past the third day, we will be unable to verify the item was missing from the order and therefore unable to send any replacement items.
Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Web Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
